Cancellation / Returns
You can cancel any of your orders within 14 days from the day of receipt. Just send a written notification with your order details to our sales department at sales@evrodinamiki.eu. This means that you can return it to us within 14 days of the date you cancelled and the item should be:
• In its original condition
• Unopened with all seals
• Packaging and shrink-wrap intact
We will issue a full refund or credit note for the price you paid for the item(s) The customer will be responsible for all costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item(s) to you in error. Please package each item securely and send it to us with a copy of your invoice.
